Ash takes a darker stain very nicely - this ash log has a very strong resemblance to hickory
Some rustic figure and edges - live edge - machined edges - some rustic edges with lots of variations - wormy edges - some cool rustic figure present - some planer striations/slight snipe may be present - could use finish sanded
