At ohiowoodlands, we air dry our material 3-4 years before kiln drying. We generally kiln dry 1 month per inch of thickness. Our material is very stable. In over 19 years we’ve never had a return due to moisture or movement.
Some rustic stress cracks - rustic figure and edges - live edge - machined edges - rustic edges with lots of variations - transitional edges - could use some finish sanding. Stress cracks are purely aesthetic - they in no way affect the stability of the material - some beautiful Burl figure present - some live edge spots on backside edge

We average 3-6 years from when a log is milled to the time it has been properly air/kiln dried and available for sale.
