AIR DRIED - MIGHT DEVELOP MORE STRESS CRACKS AND SHIFT SOME OVER THE YEARS. AS WITH SOME GREEN BEAMS (FRESH CUT) INSTALLED IN TIMBER FRAME HOMES THERE IS RISK OF SOME FUTURE MOVEMENT/CHECKING. BUYER ASSUMES THIS RISK. I RECOMMEND APPLYING PENOFIN TO TREAT THE WOOD AND TO HELP SLOW THE DRYING PROCESS.
